Seychelles Scout Association
Reached 12,000 people on Facebook in three months — with zero ad spend.
The situation.
The Scout movement in Seychelles runs on volunteers and goodwill. What it didn’t have was a voice that travelled — events, stories, and outcomes stayed inside the troop.
We were brought in to build a minimal but real digital practice: a cadence, a tone, and a feedback loop.
What we did.
- 01
Three-month content plan tied to actual troop events — camps, community service, jamborees.
- 02
Lightweight identity tune-up so assets looked consistent without starting from scratch.
- 03
A posting and response rhythm the volunteers could sustain after the engagement ended.
What it moved.
- →
Reach grew from a handful per post to 12,000 people across three months.
- →
First cohort of new adult leaders recruited through the channel rather than word of mouth.
- →
A handover playbook the volunteers still run, a year later.
“Their professional management and strategic reporting aligned perfectly with the Association's mission to engage and support youth.”
Something like this on your desk? Let’s talk.
We take a few engagements at a time. Tell us what you’re building — we’ll be honest about whether we’re the right fit.
